Artisans and Their Terroir
Get to know some of the big names on Canada's food scene and discover the precious fruit of all their hard work. Alongside chef Dammann and sommelier Michel Phaneuf, these artisans will be specially brought together for an evening unlike any other. Join them round the table for a five-course meal featuring products from Quebec's leading food artisans, including Benoit Petit (Ferme Benchrist, Montérégie), Pierre-André Daignault (Les Jardiniers du Chef, the Laurentians) and Monsieur Félix (Crabe Gaspésie). Complementing their products to maximum effect will be the vintages of equally well-respected Canadian wine growers Bill Eggert (Fairview Cellars, Okanagan Valley), Léon Courville and Isabelle Lemire (Domaine Les Brome, Eastern Townships), as well as Elyane and Bruno Moos (Domaine Alvento, Niagara).
